How many Instagram accounts can I add to my dashboard?

You can add as many accounts as you need to your dashboard.

How to add another Instagram account to my dashboard?

To add a new account to your dashboard press Add account button and enter your Instagram username and password in a pop up dialog.

How many Instagram accounts can I have running under one Instagress account?

You can run as many Instagram accounts under one Instagress account as you need. But each Instagram account needs Activity Time in order to run. So your options are: buy one big time package and split it across all your Instagram accounts, or you can buy the same time package for each account, which would qualify you for the Quantity Discount. How do I transfer/split my remaining Activity Time from one account to another?

You can transfer your Activity Time from one account to another by yourself. You can also split your time between accounts and transfer only the desired amount.

To use this feature, you need to open the special Time Transfer dialog. To do so, please click on the Transfer time link under the Buy time package button on your Dashboard page, or you can also find the same link in the More dropdown menu for any of your Instagram accounts.

I have multiple Instagram accounts, what is the discount can I get on Instagress?

We offer a discount to customers who manage 5 or more Instagram accounts. Please read more about all available discounts here.

How to pay for multiple Instagram accounts?

To pay for several Instagram accounts, please mark each username you want to purchase time for during purchasing process.

Is it possible to purchase Activity Time using a credit/debit card?

Yes, it is possible to make a credit/debit card purchase using our new payment system with Stripe.

Is it possible to purchase Activity Time using PayPal?

Yes, it is possible to make a purchase using our new payment system with PayPal.

What is the currency are you charging in?

All our prices are in US dollars.

How to cancel my subscription?

First of all, we don't offer subscription model. You pay for Activity Time only when you need it, so there's no recurring subscription to cancel.

How can I get a refund?

You can get a refund for an unused Activity Time whenever you want. Just send us a support request and we will process it in 1-2 business days without any questions.

How to change my billing information?

We do not store any of your credit card information but your credit card might be saved by Stripe Checkout system if you selected Remember me option. To refresh your card details stored in Stripe system, please open Stripe Checkout dialog (press Pay with Card button on the checkout page) and if it asks you to enter the verification code press the arrow button at the left-top corner of this dialog to change your card information.

How do I delete my Instagram account from your service?

Stop your Activity, disconnect your Instagram account from your dashboard and log out. All your sensitive data such as Instagram session will be automatically deleted after 3 days.

Do you offer services for other social networks or can you recommend any?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer any services for other social networks. But we have plans in further development and first one will be for Twitter.

Do you have an API?

Our API is still under development and we will inform you in our blog and social media as soon as it will be released. Please, note that there is no any ETA for this feature. It will be released as soon as it will be ready.

Do you have an affiliate/referral program?

No, at the moment we don't have neither affiliate nor referral programs.
