How to solve: Try to reconnect your account after a while and then restart your Activity.
This error may occur when access token or password of your username was reset by Instagram due to high speed of your activity or if you using Instagram on your mobile device or with third-party websites.

Wrong username or password
Check that you have not misspelled your username or password. Please, note that you should enter your username without the @ symbol before it.
You have two-factor authentication enabled on your Instagram account. A security code should be sent by Instagram to your mobile number. You need to enter it to complete second authentication step.
